A Big Mess

(This was a couple weeks ago…)

Saturday morning after breakfast, I was washing some bottles.  I turned on the water and after a few seconds I heard a pop and then water started spraying all over the place.  Needless to say, after 2 trips to Lowe’s, Devin replaced our faucet and all is well.  He had a little helper.

Devin also had some little helpers with another project.  Our sweet little ones have learned to climb steps.  Well, you may think we could just put a regular gate at the bottom.  The only problem is that we have two cats and their litter boxes are upstairs.  Devin had to figure out how to put a gate up so that the cats can get up but our children can’t.  Oh what fun!

Reading directions:

“Is this the one you need?”

“I’m this tall, Daddy!”

“Mommy, can you please stop taking my picture? I’m trying to work here.”

“Daddy, I can help too!”

We still love our baths.  Aren’t we cute in our little bath robes waiting on the tub to fill?  (thanks Aunt Bekah for the robes!)

[This got left out of the Easter post.]  As a little girl (and even when I was in high school and college) we always put up an Easter egg tree at my parents’ house.  It was something fun we always did.  So, Anna Claire, Charlie, and I hung some eggs on our little tree one afternoon while Daddy was at work.
