A Picture of the Cousins

OK.  So Rebekah and I wanted one, just ONE, picture of our kiddos together.  We had Aunt Melanie there to help.  Now, let me preface this with the fact that we are not professionals.  We just wanted ONE picture where all 3 little ones look nice.  Anyways, here’s how it played out.  We put them all on the couch.  The looks they are giving us say, “Mommy, what do you want us to do?  This isn’t super fun.”  Well, we realized they were not close enough so we asked the twins to kiss Gracie.  That didn’t work because they covered her face.  OK…let’s try something else.  Anna Claire can hold Grace.  (side note…AC thinks it is the best thing in the world to hold HER baby Grace.  Seriously…I asked her, “is that Aunt Bekah’s Baby Grace?”  She said, “No!  My Baby Gace!”  Anyways, Gracie was less than thrilled.  I guess Charlie thought he could solve the problem by giving her CPR!  Ahhh!!!  Then they tried to comfort her.  So sweet! 🙂  Change of plans…maybe we can make them all lay on the couch and look up at us.  Hmmm…not a great pose, but we got them all to look at the camera and not cry.  Maybe we should leave the photography to the professionals.  🙂  After that AC and Charlie went upstairs with Aunt Melanie and Gracie and Bekah went outside to swing in the hammock.  Regardless of whether or not we got a good picture…we had a great time and made memories. 🙂
